9th edition of  Forest Gate festival  took place  in Obrzycko in June. Thanks to efforts of foresters from three Forest Districts: Oborniki, Sieraków, Pniewy , who arranged many activities for both children and grown-ups, everyone could also acquire the knowledge about the problems related to climate change and sustainable forest management. The Carbon Forests Project was promoted.

During this event, a boy suffering from leukaemia was supported.
